Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes



For whatever reason, some days I have an absolutely insatiable sweet tooth, no matter how good my self control is,  I will continue to hunger for something sweet and delicious.  I have found the answer to this problem with out breaking the calorie counting bank.  First off, how had I not known about this before?  Three ingredients for healthy pancakes- hello new favorite recipe!






1 large egg

1 medium banana

1 tbsp chocolate chips




Peel and slice banana; mash banana and add egg, then mix until fully combined.


Preheat a skillet on medium and spray with cooking spray.  Using a 1/4 cup of the batter for each pancake, pour onto the hot skillet.  Add chocolate chips.

Cook each side until lightly brown. Be careful trying to flip the pancakes, they’re a bit more delicate than normal pancake batter.  I had one causality of my three pancakes.
