Asian cuisine is probably one of my favorite variety of food to learn recipes for. Most of the recipes I have tried have been extremely straight forward and the rewards completely outweigh any stress or struggle in the kitchen. Plus when you get that naughty take-out desire, you can just create one of your killer homemade recipes instead. This Asian noodle recipes reminds me of my favorite pad thai dish- next time I plan on whipping up some sesame chicken or spicy beef to go with it
Boil noodles according to the directions on the packages and drain.
Chop green onions, cilantro, and peanuts, then set aside.
Over medium heat in a sauce pan, combine crushed red pepper and sesame oil. Heat for 2 minutes or until desired level of spiciness is achieved. Strain out pepper and reserve oil.
Combine oil, honey and soy sauce. Toss with noodles.
